Regional guest card included – experience the Black Forest!!! Lovingly furnished studio (64 m²) with private sauna, terrace, pergola in the heart of the Black Forest. As an extra: regional guest card, with many leisure activities in the region such as cycling, skiing, skating, tobogganing, golf, tennis, natural pool, swimming lake, climbing, wellness, cinema and bus & train (see "Further relevant information"). Fairytale nature, many hiking trails and the Black Forest National Park are right outside the door. Sauna / infrared cabin The lockable spa area with sauna and infrared cabin is located on the ground floor, as is the apartment. It has a spacious relaxation area, an additional bathroom and a guest toilet. The use of sauna and infrared cabin is available for our guests. Since the area is occasionally also used by the hosts, we ask for a short coordination of your desired times. This allows us to give you a briefing and ensure a thorough cleaning. Electric led fireplace The modern LED fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere – perfect for relaxing in the evening or warming your feet on cooler days. Terrace & Garden A private terrace directly at the apartment with a large parasol and a pergola in the garden invite you to relax, enjoy the evening sun and eat outdoors. For cozy barbecue evenings, we will gladly provide a gas grill on request. *** The city tax is already included in the total price. *** ❄️ Important note – Winter arrival In the event of snowfall or thaw, there is a risk of roof avalanches in the area of the guest parking lot at the house. A corresponding warning sign is affixed on site. In these cases, the parking lot at the house may only be used for loading and unloading. For longer parking, public parking is available about 100 m away opposite the fire station (red building). Use of the parking lot in the danger zone is at your own risk. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access The ground floor apartment is on the ground floor and is entered via the shared main entrance of the family house. Furthermore, there are: sauna room and two basement compartments of the residents. Through the side terrace door of the apartment, you can come to the garden at any time, which can be used freely to relax. This includes a pergola, a stretch bar and swing (children are welcome!). A small terrace with a large parasol right in front of the apartment invites you to sit comfortably together outdoors. - In front of the house there is a private parking space at your disposal as well as others along the street (please do not park in front of the garages). ❄️ Important note: Arrival message for winter!!! See above! - We usually expect and welcome you personally in our house. Just let us know your approximate time of arrival. Self check-in is possible if needed. *** The city tax is already included in the total price. *** Other things to note ***Important! From 2 nights you will receive a regional guest card at check-in. It is a gift from your host and gives you access to over 80 leisure activities in the region – summer and winter, indoor and outdoor for all ages. These include, for example, golf, tennis, natural swimming, cycling, skiing, skating, hiking, tobogganing, climbing, thermal baths, wellness, cinema, swimming lake or bus and train and much more. And the weather doesn't matter, because there is a lot for every weather and for any season! Incredible but true!
