The space This 45 m² accommodation is located on a 12 hectare property, a 15-minute drive from the town of Alençon and a 5-minute drive from the nearest shops. Inside the accommodation, you will find a living room – dining area as well as a bedroom with a queen size bed and also a kitchenette area. Guest access Outside the accommodation, you have access to the courtyard and outdoors (garden and pond) which are shared with the owner and other guests since there is also a second Airbnb accommodation on the property (possibility to rent the 2 accommodations with a capacity of 10 people).
