**NEW APPLIANCES AND NEW PAINT** Bring yourself and the family to escape to the beach! Sleeping for 6 people, you will be a short walk to relax at the beach or enjoy tasty food and beverages nearby. Retreat back to this quiet area for some time at the indoor or outdoor pool or to inside this private and cozy condo. Your escape awaits! **motorcycles, 3-wheeled vehicles, golf carts, and more are not allowed on the premises** The space *BEACH ACCESS: The sun and sand is a short 5 minute walk away. You’ll pass a convenience store, gift shop, liquor store, pizza shop, and bars/restaurants on the way to the #21 Maison Drive beach entrance. Apache Pier is just north and walkable, and the Myrtle Beach strip and boardwalk is a short drive south. *SLEEPING: Catch some z’s on a comfy king size bed in the primary bedroom, or on the queen and double in the guest bedroom. Soft and cozy bedding will lull you to sleep before a full day at the beach. *KITCHEN: A full kitchen, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, and all kitchen essentials are available. In addition, a Keurig machine and a few K-cups are available for some fresh coffee. *WASHER/DRYER: No need to haul your dirty clothes away, because there is an in-condo washer and dryer. A couple laundry detergent pods are provided as well. *BATHROOMS: The primary bathroom features a full shower and bathtub combo. The guest bath has a standup shower. Basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo are provided. *TECH AMENITIES: High-speed internet allows for working on site or streaming on all your devices. Roku Smart TVs are programmed with various apps available, including a 55” TV in the living room. Air conditioning and heat are able to be adjusted via thermostat in the living area. *POOLS AND SAUNA: There is an indoor pool and hot tub adjacent to the building and an outdoor pool in the grounds’ center (closed during the winter season). The indoor pool building also has bathrooms and a sauna. *PORCH AND BALCONIES: A screened front porch allows a space for storing sandy beach essentials. There is a security camera on the front porch only. A large balcony facing the wooded creek in the rear of the living area is a great area to hang out. The separate master bedroom balcony also features outdoor rockers and is perfect for morning coffee dates. Both balconies have lights and screens- no need for bug spray! *KIDS: To help with traveling with little ones, we have one booster seat with a tray, one portable pack n’ play, and one toddler cot available. The pack n' play is intended for children under 50 lbs and under 36 inches tall, or when they’re able to climb out. The cot is intended for children under 75 lbs and under 48" tall. *OUTDOOR SPACE: The Summertree Village grounds are beautifully landscaped and provide lit common areas and parking. There are also a few charcoal grills around the condo complex available to use for cooking. There are multiple dumpsters in the parking area to dispose of trash. *LOCATION and STAIRS: Our condo is on the second floor of the building next to the indoor pool. Stairs are required to access the condo, no elevator is available. *GOLF: Dunes Golf and Beach Club, Grande Dunes, and Arcadian Shores are immediately adjacent to the condo. If mini-golf is your thing, Aloha miniature golf and Rainbow Falls are right there too. *LOCAL FOOD/DRINK: A few steps away is Flip Flops bar and grill. Near the beach features some good spots, as well as live music at Ocean Annie’s. You’ll pass options for every eater on your way in, with Finn McCool’s Irish Pub walkable on Arrowhead Road. Come escape to the beach! **please read all house rules before booking** Guest access This is a quiet and private condo all to yourself. A private and unique door code will be sent to you prior to your visit and will be available for the duration of your stay. Other things to note *SUPPLIES: A starter pack is available with every reservation: coffee K-cups, dishwasher pacs, laundry detergent pacs, sponge, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and basic bathroom toiletry items. *PESTS: Southern and humid climates are wonderful for vacation but are also home to pests and bugs year round. And unfortunately, they can sometimes find a way in to homes. To help with pest control, we have the condo sprayed inside and outside, on the first Tuesday of every month. The pest control team will knock once before entering with their own door code. We will also do our best to remind you if your stay overlaps with the first Tuesday of the month. *Please help to keep pests away by making it less inviting for them. Keep doors closed, don’t leave food open / out, clean up crumbs and messes, and take the trash out frequently. *SECURITY: There is one outdoor camera located on the front porch above the entrance. This does not have a view in to the condo. The camera view can only see the front porch and hallway. The camera records video and audio when motion is detected on the front porch or in the public hallway. It is used for only safety an security purposes only. ((There are no cameras inside the condo.)) The lock on the front door also saves a history of when it is locked and unlocked. We respect your privacy while traveling - camera footage and door lock history will only be accessed by the hosts if there is a concern. *MAIL: Guests may have packages delivered directly to the condo by UPS or FedEx. Please make sure the package will be delivered during your stay and the delivery address clearly shows the condo number. We are not responsible for packages that go missing or arrive before/after a guest’s reservation. We do not have a mailbox available and therefore can’t receive USPS letters or mail. We do not allow guests to temporarily use the condo’s address as a place of residence. *TRAVEL INSURANCE: Hurricane season in Myrtle Beach is from June 1 to November 30. The peak of hurricane season is usually in August to October. We always recommend purchasing travel insurance because you never know what Mother Nature may also be planning during the same time as your trip.
