Ancient house in the village

A unique place for your vacation: the accommodation occupies the first floor of an 1800s stone house, carefully restored while maintaining the spirit and materials of the place. Each piece of furniture and garden has its own story, without sacrificing any modern comfort. The place is quiet, set in a small village and still a 5-minute drive from the center of Pietrasanta and 10 from the beaches of Versilia. The Apuan Alps are a stone's throw away, Pisa, Lucca and Florence are a short distance away. The space The entrance from the garden is independent, the staircase leads to a hallway that on the right leads to the living room (with a sofa bed) with a kitchenette, on the left to the bathroom with shower and to the bedroom, which can accommodate a double bed or two singles. The laundry is separate, in a small house accessible from the garden. Guest access The nearest highway exit is Versilia, about 5 km away. The nearest train station is Pietrasanta, which can be reached by bus. The property has a small private parking lot that can be used to load/unload suitcases, and free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note We are happy to personally welcome our guests upon arrival and make sure they are comfortable.
