Despite regular spraying, you may occasionally see a few in or around the airbnb due to the climate and environment. No heating/cooling controls are accessible to guests, however the central system is set to seasonal temperature standards and a space heater is provided as an additional source of heat in the winter. We do not offer refunds for cancellations outside of what our cancellation policy states. Lawn maintenance occurs weekly during the spring and summer season.
