The space The Airbnb is a studio apartment attached to the west side of the house. It's completely private and has its own entrance. It has a coffee bar station but no kitchen. When booking please consider that you must walk through the first bedroom to access the bathroom and second bedroom. No heating/cooling controls are accessible to guests, however the central system is set to seasonal temperature standards and a space heater is provided as an additional source of heat in the winter. The homeowner lives in the main house and has hired the host to manage the attached Airbnb. Guest access The Airbnb is attached to the West end of the home. You can access the front door to the Airbnb by walking up the driveway then taking the sidewalk that leads left. The sidewalk will take you directly to the front door of your Airbnb. Other things to note CANCELLATIONS We do not offer refunds for cancelations outside of what our cancellation policy states. MOWING Mowing crews mow weekly during spring and summer season. They set their own schedule. Please be advised that they may be on your property for a quick mow during your stay. Note: Tulsa is notorious for spring ants and wasps. Though we spray regularly, it is not uncommon to see a few in or near your Airbnb. This is not related to cleanliness but climate/environment.
