As an operational vineyard, we utilize a frost fan during frost events, while neighboring vineyards may employ helicopters for frost prevention. While some guests may not find the noise bothersome, it is important to note that if a frost occurs, there may be overnight noise. These measures are only implemented when temperatures drop below zero.
