Located just .1 mile from Beech Mountain Resort, you can enjoy the convenience of being close to all the action. This cozy two-bed studio condo is the perfect getaway for a ski trip or summer vacation. A simple four step entry will welcome you to this condo that features a full kitchen, one bathroom with double vanity, and a spacious deck to take in the fresh mountain air! Dogs are allowed for an additional fee upon owner approval. The space Beech Mountain Resort is a quick 2 minute drive away or beat the traffic with a 13 minute walk in the warm months! Please note that the walk to the resort does require stairs and inclined areas. If you'd rather lounge around the condo, our 50” ROKU Smart TV lets you log-in easily to your favorite streaming services, such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and YouTube TV. You will stay comfortable in all seasons with air conditioning and heat. Please note that during the winter months, 4WD, AWD or snow chains are often necessary to safely drive up Beech. Chains are available at multiple shops at the base of the mountain. Guest access You have private access to the entire studio condo, which includes two queen-sized beds, pull-out couch, full kitchen, one bathroom with double vanity, and an outdoor balcony. Other things to note - No smoking within 300 feet of the building, including the balcony. If you are traveling with your pup, please view the following rules BEFORE booking: - Dogs are allowed upon owner approval. There is pet fee of $35 per stay. - There is a maximum of 2 dogs. - Dogs must be crated when left alone in the unit unless otherwise approved by host (crates not provided). While an animal may be well-behaved at home, a new place can be stressful, which can lead to property damage. - Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. We understand that this can be tough for some pups, so if you foresee an issue, we have a basket of sheets in the closet for you to use to cover the furniture. - No dogs under the age of 1 year without prior owner approval. - Any damages will be billed to the guest and reported to AirBnB. - All dogs must be taken outside to use the bathroom. Dogs must be fully potty trained. No puppy pads! - All solid waste must be picked up and thrown in an outdoor trash bin. There is a designated dog waste trash can in the parking lot. - If your pup has any accidents in the house, please notify us so that area can be deep cleaned.
