Large year-round cabin on Østre Nes in Sandefjord

The cabin contains a kitchen, living room, TV room, loft room, bathroom and an extra toilet. In the kitchen there is a table that can seat up to 10 people. Outside there is a dining table with space for about 10 people. There are 8 chairs inside and 8 chairs outside, these can be moved in/out as needed. Outside there is also a lounge set in 5 parts, 2 camping chairs and a barbecue. There are 4 bedrooms in the cabin. Two downstairs with bunk beds with room for 3 people in each room and two upstairs, one with double bed and one with two single beds that can be turned into a double bed. The space The cabin is west-facing, sunny and cozy, located in quiet and peaceful surroundings with proximity to the lake - about 150 meters as the crow flies. The cabin is well sheltered from winds from the east, south and southwest and has a nice view of the inner parts of Lahellefjorden and further towards Lahelle. Here you have a great starting point for an active cabin life, with good hiking opportunities nearby. Down by the lake there are great swimming opportunities both from the diving board/bathing stairs, and from the sandy beach (Susebukta). Other things to note Use of electric car chargers is included in the price. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. Smoking is not allowed in the cabin. Otherwise, the tenant must follow the regulations associated with the Revebåsen cabin association regarding when it should be quiet (11 PM) and emptying of garbage etc. This will be informed upon contract conclusion. Parking must be done in the specified parking space.
