Located between Reims and Soissons, La Petite Brainoise welcomes you year-round for a cozy stay. The cottage offers you all the comforts and amenities for an unforgettable stay: 5-person 38° Jacuzzi with free and private access, heated swimming pool from May to September, garden furniture, barbecue, giant trampoline, and more. On-site yoga class (for a fee) On-site EV charging station (for a fee) The space The accommodation is composed of a main room on the ground floor with a kitchen open to a living room (Sofa and armchair). There is also a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Since the living room is not very large, we have set up an outdoor area with garden table, umbrella and barbecue to enjoy a little more space if you come with family or friends. You also have access to a 2nd wooden terrace in front of the accommodation composed of a garden furniture (2 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table). Upstairs we have a mezzanine with TV and a convertible click-clack, then a bedroom with a king size bed of 180. To store your belongings, there is a dresser and a wardrobe. So you can come up to 4 people. For your information, the 2 rooms on the floor are communicating (no doors). The cottage overlooks a large garden with a swimming pool, children's games (trampoline, swing, balls, treehouse, etc.). The swimming pool is in front of the door of your cottage and the jacuzzi room is right next door. It's a room with a large bay window overlooking the garden. It can open along its entire length. The hot tub is free and private year-round. It is heated to 38 degrees. This is a large hot tub with 120 jets and 5 seats. A charging station is available for overnight charging (€8 per charge/night). Guest access Street parking is available. Parking is free. Possibility to park your car in the yard. We are Autism Friendly. We welcome families with adults or children with ASD or "cognitive" profiles with pleasure and kindness. We have a 13-year-old autistic boy ourselves and we know the needs of families traveling with people who have specific needs. The accommodation is quiet, and we will not make any judgment about behavior that other people might consider "non-compliant". It is forbidden to invite outsiders who are not included in the reservation. Other things to note The listing is attached to our primary residence. But we will be discreet when you come. We don't go to the pool or hot tub when we have tenants. We have also installed 2 screens to ensure your privacy (1 near the hot tub room and the other on your wooden deck). We also specify that we have a dog: Samba, an Australian shepherd. She is kind as anything but we prefer to let our future vacationers know. She may have to party for you when you arrive. We do not accept pets to avoid poor cohabitation. The 2 beds are in 2 adjacent rooms are separated by a curtain and not a door. The 1st bed is a King Seize bed (180/200). The 2nd bed is a BZ convertible into a 140 bed. If you come only as a couple, the couch remains folded and the bedroom becomes a living room with TV and a lounge table (Netflix). We provide towels and linens, as well as bathrobes. Remember to take your flip-flops or flip-flops to go to the hot tub! It will be more convenient for you!
