Swimming pool open Between Reims and Soissons, Petite Brainoise welcomes you all year round for a romantic stay, with family or friends. Our cottage offers you all the comfort and amenities for an unforgettable moment: 38° 5 seater jacuzzi with free and private access, heated swimming pool from May to September, garden furniture, barbecue, giant trampoline... King Size Master Bed (180) Your stay includes linens and end of stay cleaning. On-site yoga classes The space The accommodation consists of a main room on the ground floor with a kitchen open to a living room (sofa and armchair). There is also a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. As the living room is not very large, we have set up an outdoor area with garden table, umbrella and barbecue to enjoy a little more space if you come with family or friends. You also have access to a 2nd wooden terrace in front of the accommodation consisting of garden furniture (2-seat sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table). Upstairs, we have a mezzanine with TV and a sofa bed, then a bedroom with a large 180 bed. To store your belongings, there is a chest of drawers and a closet. So you can come with up to 4 people. For your information, the 2 rooms on the floor are connected (no doors). The cottage overlooks a large garden with a swimming pool, games for children (trampoline, swing, balls, treehouse...). The pool is facing the door of your cottage and the Jacuzzi room is right next door. It is a room with a large bay window overlooking the garden. It can be opened along the entire length. The hot tub is free and private all year round. It is heated to 38 degrees. It's a big jacuzzi with 120 jets and 5 seats. Guest access You can park on the street. Parking is free. Possibility to return your car in the courtyard. We are Autism Friendly. We welcome with pleasure and kindness families with adults or children with ASD or "cognitive" profiles. We ourselves have a 13-year-old autistic boy and we know the needs of families traveling with people who have specific needs. The space is quiet and we will not make any judgment about behaviors that other people might deem to be "non-compliant". It is forbidden to invite outsiders who are not included in the reservation. Other things to note The listing is attached to our primary residence. But we will be discreet when you come. We don't go to the pool or jacuzzi when we have tenants. We have also installed 2 privacy screens to guarantee your privacy (1 near the Jacuzzi room and the other on your wooden terrace). We also specify that we have a dog: Samba, an Australian Shepherd. She's very nice, but we prefer to warn our future vacationers. She may need to party with you a little when you arrive. We do not allow pets to avoid bad cohabitation. The 2 beds are in 2 adjacent rooms separated by a curtain and not a door. The 1st bed is a King Seize bed (180/200). The 2nd bed is a convertible sofa bed that converts into a 140 bed. If there are only 2 of you, the sofa stays folded and the bedroom becomes a living room with TV and a coffee table (Netflix). We provide towels and linens, as well as bathrobes. Remember to take your flip-flops or slides to go to the Jacuzzi! It will be more convenient for you! Yoga class rate: €50 per 1-hour class (1–4 people). Book in advance and subject to availability
