Vintage 1920s PVT double bed/bath in tiny vineyard

Come kick your shoes off in our tiny home nestled in the backyard of our 1920s California Bungalow. Wonderful ocean breeze in the mornings and evenings. Private Full bed & bath in our mini vineyard and lush garden. Beaches, stores, cliff walks & great restaurants with a short Uber. Catalina Island express & World Cruise Center Terminal 5 min drive. LAX airport 25 min. Huntington Beach surf spot is 35 min. Gr8 neighborhood & quaint port town with lots of history and food! The space Quaint private bedroom/bath with a full size bed, microwave and small work table and chair with some vintage decorations. Bedroom view of vineyard (blooms April through Nov). Your bathroom is NOT shared. Everything is 100% detached and private :) No street lights. Its a wonderful little spot Guest access You can walk in up the driveway through a big white gate on your left, into the backyard and to your room at the back. During your stay We are really laid back and usually always busy gardening or doing small projects around the house or tinkering on motorbikes and hotrod engines :) We love to surf and do ride bikes and fish and visit Catalina Island on our boat mostly during summertime- Other things to note We work and will usually be in and out so please leave the driveway open unless we are out of town. Our street is one way parking and safe, never had an incident. There can be fireworks on certain days but usually not past 11 or 12 except on new years of course or July 4th. Please do not block our neighbors driveway :) We have 3 cats that keep to themselves and a few chickens (no dogs). We have 1 security camera covering the open driveway only to keep track of entry/exit only. The neighborhood is very very safe and relaxing!
