50+ Community: Waterfront guest suite with deck on the Cliffs of Belton Lake

This guest suite in the small Texas town of Belton is nestled on a serene cliff overlooking Belton Lake. This bottom floor suite invites you to sip your coffee or enjoy your favorite cocktail while relaxing on the porch and experiencing stunning lake sunsets views. With a community pool, resort marina, boating, kayaking, fishing and local eateries within 5 miles, you can enjoy all the best of the Belton area from this charming guest house. While this laid back retreat is an ideal location for watching the early anglers as you sip your morning coffee or have a fireside sunset cocktail; I highly recommend filling your days with local sight seeing or lake activities because this SMALL studio is NOT CONDUCIVE for just hanging out indoors. If you have not already made your plans, message me and I'll send some local favorites. VERY IMPORTANT: When instant booking or request to book is used on any VRBO property, you are still subject to host approval and reservation may not be approved, and your deposit may be held & not instantly returned. It's always best to send inquiry's for preapproval then your $ stays w/ you until approved. To avoid cancellation or declines, respond to any requests for further information. BEFORE considering our property, please READ and understand our policies as they may be restrictive to your intended use. Expectations vary from person to person, please go over pictures & amenities so what's offered is not misunderstood. As well as you being a guest in our private home/property, our property may be shared with other guests and their quiet comfort and enjoyment must be respected as we expect the same from them. Although my policies page is checked and agreed too upon reservation, please be sure to double check it and remember "not to bring": -Unregistered guests/visitors day or night -any animal other than 1 low shed hypoallergenic dog w/ fee (should not be left unattended, they bark when they hear other guests), included on reservation. -children under 12 -a 2nd vehicle or motorcycle -anything trailered Although some are tempted to reserve even if our policies don't fit their plans, for every policy there is a reason, if not multiple reasons. Please do not ignore them; go around them; evade questions; work some system to your benefit; issue threatening comments or ask for exceptions after you arrive. If our policies don't fit with your plans, then unfortunately this property does not fit your needs (even if it seems perfect) and I respectfully ask you not to reserve.
