Lovely, cosy annex, real fire. Close to sea, river

The Annex is a fully self contained, stylish, one bedroom property attached to Skipping Stones Cottage. With a cool, homely feel, original features and a relaxing vibe. It is a stones throw from the beautiful Stanpit Marsh Wildlife reserve and the historical natural harbour town of Christchurch, with the wonderful Priory and ancient castle ruins to visit. Stunning beaches, are close & The New Forest is 20 mins. Come for the, fabulous top resturants, fishing, live music, bars, & water sports. The space The Annex was built in the early 1800's and has a separate entrance door inside the front door to the right half of the house. It is not perfect, but it has a lovely feel and character to it and a home away from home comfort and relaxing vibe. It has one upstairs bedroom with a king size bed dressed with luxury 600+ thread count bedding; a shower room; fully equiped gally kitchen; living room with an original open fire and a sofa bed ideal for 1 adult or 2 children. Only really suitable for children under 1 year or over 7yrs as I don't have a stair gate. I give a welcome gift with a few treats, bread etc and usually some alcohol too, if alcohol is not your thing please let me know and I will replace it with something else. Guest access I am usually here to welcome guests but if not there is a key box by the front door for self entry. Guests enter via front the front door into a small porch area where there is a separate door to The Annex. There is free on street parking (subject to availability) on the road outside the house, between the hours of 17:00 - 10:30am and all day Sundays. For the daytime hours I can supply a parking permit, these are limited to 15 a year for me so run out quickly but I can get a short stay permit for a week at a cost of £6 Please let me know your car registration if you will require a permit. There is also free evening parking in the car park at the leisure centre across the road or on nearby roads. Other things to note There is building work going on to the house next door. Even though it doesn’t affect our property we have lowered the price until it's finished. It is a house renovation and work is only carried out during working hours. We have a puppy who is very friendly but you will not see him (unless you want to) as he is in the main house with us. There is no garden or access to outside space except in the front of the annex. The property is on a road so traffic can be heard.
