You’ll love this 4 bed 2 bath private house, surrounded by trees, with views of the mountains, across from the Umpqua River! You can’t beat the location for being close to town but a world apart! 6 minutes to Mercy Hospital; 7 minutes to downtown, with its fabulous restaurants/lounges/shops; 6 minutes to Garden Valley, with great shopping, restaurants; 15 miles to Wildlife Safari, 22 miles to Casino. Right in the middle of the Fabulous Wineries! Premiere High-Speed Internet. Huge master suite! The space You walk into a large living room with fireplace straight ahead to the dining room, kitchen is on your right, and to the left is a giant bedroom suite with king size bed, and I provide an ultra deluxe self-inflating Queen-sized air mattress with headboard and bedding that can easily be set up! To the right of the living room are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Off the large suite are a bathroom with shower, a laundry room with washer and dryer and an efficiency kitchen set-up with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Guest access Entry to the house will be by the front door, using your front door code. You will receive your code prior to checkin. There is lots of parking in the driveway, the circular area on the outside of the house and in the carport. You will not have a problem with parking! One car can park in carport. There is a Ring doorbell/camera at the front door entry that monitors the door, porch and driveway by the front door. There are no cameras inside the house. Other things to note Do not bring pets/service animals. I have a medical exemption for service animals. No parties, meetings, reunions, gatherings of more than 8 people. Ring doorbell outside front door. No indoor cameras. No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the house or on the front porch.
