La Casita del Tío Catalá is a small rural house rebuilt in the 2000s, maintaining the appearance of an old house in ruins present in the same place. It was renovated again in 2023 to enter the world of rural accommodation. The house is fully equipped beyond a standard accommodation and you will have everything you need to have a good family vacation. The space A house on 3 levels in which as soon as you enter you will find a somewhat more open living room, then you will find another living room with a fireplace and from which you can access the kitchen and/or the bedrooms. They will have 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Please note that the accommodation is old with a rural style and you can hear the noises of other rooms and/or wooden floors. Guest access Air conditioning: Available in all bedrooms, living room 1 and kitchen Living rooms: There is a living room equipped with a large TV and internet connection, there is also a second living room just as large that is not shown in the photos where you can have two comfortable stays. Parking: More than 6 vehicles can be parked inside the plot (not covered, complicated access, see photos) Swimming pool: There is a small swimming pool and a private outdoor shower area. Patios: There is a rear and front patio individually with chairs and tables. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped. Occupants: Extra beds: The house is prepared to comfortably accommodate 6 people, but in the outdoor living room we have the possibility of adding a sofa bed where two more people can stay up to a total of 8 allowed under our rules. The extra sofa bed has a surcharge of €60/day and includes bedding and towels and additional services for the 8 people. (To obtain this service, a notice of 3 weeks before the selected dates must be given since the sofa is not inside the facilities) From the 8th occupant we do not offer any service, the accommodation of more people is allowed and the client must have their own amenities, inflatable mattress etc. or on the sofas themselves not enabled for this purpose. (An extra cost of €15/person/day must be paid) The maximum number of occupants that the house comfortably accommodates is 6, and the maximum covering the services mentioned above will be 10 people with a total cost of €90/day The number of occupants of the house is the one previously contracted. At night there cannot be more people than previously mentioned, otherwise AirBNB will be informed. Other things to note Important note for vehicle access: The maximum access width is 2.20 meters, any car or derivative enters without problem, in case of using a larger vehicle you must enter completely perpendicular to access well and fold the mirrors if necessary. (you can check the images to observe the entrance) Access to the land is at the level of the road, for this reason you must take extreme precautions when entering and especially when leaving, when leaving you have a mirror on the wall in front to see if any vehicle is coming since it is an area with a lot of vehicles going quite fast. The entrance consists of two wooden sheets which we will open remotely (prior notice) so that you can access and once inside you will get keys and remote control to access freely during your stay. Fireplace: The main living room includes a masonry fireplace which can be used in winter, but we will not supply wood, guests must obtain it. (Note: the outdoor living room has a metal fireplace, but its use is prohibited as it is for decorative use) The house itself is more focused on summer accommodation. We accept reservations in winter and include winter bedding, a fireplace (wood is not supplied by us), and hot/cold air conditioners.
