This newly renovated Modern and Luxurious Ski Condo is just a step away from BEAVER CREEK SKI RESORT and within walking distance to boutique shops, award-winning restaurants, nightlife, and endless other recreational opportunities in both the winter and summer seasons. We are located in the heart of Avon one block from the Beaver Creek Riverfront Gondola and free skier shuttles that will get you to base of Beaver Creek within minutes. We are also just 8 min away from VAIL SKI RESORT! The space This second-floor 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condominium is fully stocked with everything you will need to ensure your vacation is memorable. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, with a queen-size pull-out sofa sleeper in the living area. It has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Our 48-inch flatscreen smart TV provides you with free Fubo television and access to Netflix and other apps. No need to over pack as there is a washer, dryer and toiletries provided for your convenience. If remote work is required, we have high speed wireless internet. After a long day on the hill come and relax next to the fireplace or head out for a night on the town. This a brand new condo, completed in Summer 2023, and is located in a multi-use building with both residences and offices. Full disclosure: the common areas of the building (lobby and hallway) feel like an office building, however, these areas will be undergoing some updating with new paint and signage in the near future. There is also a common area outdoor grill and patio dining area. Guest access Self-Check-in is at 4pm, please text me to inquire about an early check in if it is available. Free parking is in the main lot in front of the building. You will need to place the parking pass in your car. The main building doors are locked from 6pm - 7am M-F and all-day Saturday and Sunday. All door codes will be texted to you the morning of your check-in date. There will be ski lockers and storage space for your equipment in the garage. There are a couple of recreation facilities within walking distance. - The Spa Anjali and Athletic Club at the Westin Riverfront is next door. You can access their gym, pool, and hot tubs for the day @ $50 a person or for free if you book a spa treatment or massage. -The Avon Recreation Center is about 3 blocks away and has a daily rate of $18 for adults and $12 for kids 17&under. Punch cards are available at cheaper rates 5 punch/$55 and 10 punch/$85. -The Avon Fitness Court (Free) is an outdoor bodyweight circuit training system designed for adults of all ages and abilities. It is open in the summer is located at Nottingham Lake next to the Kids Play area. -Nottingham Lake has a beach with sand volleyball courts and SUP's and Paddle Boat rentals during the summer.
