Other things to note - For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience. - Parking available on the street only. - There are several steep stairs to access the entrance of this apartment. - There is a separate residence upstairs, but entrance is completely separate. - Please keep noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property. Extra Services: - Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost. - Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available.
