Private Quarters Near City & Parks

We offer a simple private room and bathroom in a wooded area. The room is great for guests who need a quiet place to crash after a day out and about. You'll wake to birdsong and will have access to the best walking and running paths and nature trails with river views in town. The space Private queen bed and bath within walking distance of downtown, the Farmers Market, the city's best parks, and bus lines. Enjoy your own entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood. Hosts will be available if contacted, but will be going about their day independently from guests. Our home is surrounded by trees and you'll wake up to birds singing. The guest space is surrounded by trees and in a separate building from the main house. You'll have your own entrance, bedroom and bathroom. We are very close to Ann Arbor's favorite parks and outdoor spaces. Go for a trail run or rent a canoe at Argo Park and go for a paddle with the resident swans. Afterwards, clean up in your private bath with original penny tile. When you are ready for food take a leisurely stroll along the river to Zingerman's Deli or Kerrytown for lunch. If you are headed to Michigan Stadium you can take the 8 minute bus ride downtown or enjoy a 50 minute walk in city parks to the Big House. If college sports aren't your thing, don't fear! The room is also a favorite spot for visiting yogis. Guest access Guests will have unlimited access to their own private bedroom and bathroom in the guest house. Kitchen access is not available.
