Family & pet friendly home with water views, pool table and table tennis table, and with free Wi-Fi The space About the home “Views on Broadway” is a 4 bedroom family & pet friendly home split over three levels in San Remo with water views from the upstairs living area & semi-covered deck. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below. Indoor Areas The entry level to the home has an open plan kitchen/dining & living room (with TV) that provides access to the covered rear alfresco area. Also on this level is bedroom 3, a delightful large sun room/laundry that provides direct access to the rear yard, and the main bathroom (with shower, toilet & spa-bath). Upstairs you'll find the 2nd living area (with TV), Bedroom 1 with WIR and ensuite (with shower, bath & toilet) as well as Bedroom 2 (with BIR). This living room provides great views and from the semi-covered deck that wraps around the house, there are great water views. The downstairs level has Bedroom 4 and from the landing at the bottom of the stairs outside bedroom 4, there is access to an enormous 36m2 fully covered outdoor area with 8-seater outdoor setting and cafe heater. From here, there is a door directly into the long tandem garage with room to park one vehicle, plus a multi-use pool tabletable tennis table. Outdoor Areas There is rear access to the block via The Broadway to the enclosed backyard (perfect for kids and pets) with a carport and long driveway suitable for several vehicles. There is also access also via the front driveway through a rollerdoor to the undercover area and backyard. The covered alfresco off the downstairs living room has a 3-seat outdoor sofa, 2 single outdoor sofa seats and a BBQ. Adjacent to this is a paved area that is itself enclosed and a gate leads out into the grassed backyard. The semi-covered deck off the upstairs living area provides beautiful water views in yet another entertaining area. The backyard also features a portable firepit on the grassed area (no wood provided). Please note there are security cameras at the home facing external areas only. Kitchen The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, a DeLonghi Nespresso pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge (plus a bar fridge in the sunroom), electric oven and cook top. Heating/Cooling Systems There are two wall mounted reverse cycle heaters/airconditioners - one in the downstairs kitchen/living area and one in the upstairs living area. There is also a ceiling fan in main bedroom, plus three wall heaters in bedrooms 1, 3 and 4. Bedding Arrangements This home has 7 beds, plus 2 sofa beds, accommodating up to 13 guests: Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One set of Tri-bunks and two Single beds There is a Single sized day bed in the upstairs living room suitable for one adult or child. There is also a fold out Double sofa bed in the sun room suitable for one adult or child. Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it. Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
