Gli Oleandri is a small apartment in an early 20th century Art Nouveau villa. The house is made unique by its location a few steps from the sea and very close to the town's shops. Quercianella is an enchanting place between a splendid sea and green hills covered with Mediterranean scrub. Here you can relax under the umbrella or take pleasant walks, but also rest and read a good book in the garden of the house. The space Arriving through the garden you will find a large living room with a comfortable sofa and a table for dining, a satellite television, wifi throughout the property (it also works well in the garden); all rooms have air conditioning. The (small) kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, washer dryer and microwave oven. The bathroom has a comfortable shower. The Quercianella railway station can also be reached on foot and from there you can easily reach the cities of art such as Pisa or Lucca and, why not, Florence. Livorno is easily accessible as are the white beaches of rosignano or the tombolo of marina di cecina. In the hinterland you can visit the oasis of Santa Luce (ask for information on timetables and guided tours) or the numerous villages nestled on the hills.
