"The Sandpiper's Nest" is a perfect place for a family friendly beach escape. Our beautiful condo is professionally decorated, has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a lovely bay view. Located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in the highly desirable Destin West Resort Condos. Daydream the day away floating on Okaloosa Island's largest lazy river, cool off under the poolside waterfall, soak up the sun in the zero entry pool, wind down in 1 of the 3 Jacuzzis or just pool hop in the many other pools. The space Sandpiper 506 "The Sandpipers Nest"-Our beautiful professionally decorated condo is located on the 5th floor of the Sandpiper building. It offers unobstructed views of the resort pools and the lazy river as well as the Choctawhatchee Bay from our private balcony and the Master bedroom. Our Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a private bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi jetted tub. Watch your favorite shows right from bed on our large smart TV. Guest bedroom #1 has a restful queen sized bed with direct access to a second full bathroom. This bedroom has a peak-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico. A Smart TV is mounted on the wall in this room. Guest bedroom #2 has two twin beds (a bunkbed set up) in the private room with door, window and closet--it is actually a full private bedroom. This bedroom also has a peak-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico. Another Smart TV is mounted on the wall in this room. Spacious Living Room has a queen sized pull-out sofa sleeper and plenty of guest seating. There is a large wall mounted smart TV in this room and board games. The Dining Area has a large dining table with 6 chairs as well as a breakfast bar with seating for 4 more guests. The fully equipped Kitchen has new appliances includes a full-sized electric range that has air fryer and convection settings, refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, microwave, traditional coffeemaker, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, complete kitchenware and bake wear. Inside our beautiful unit is a full size washer and dryer. A small amount of laundry soap is supplied and additional laundry soap is available at the front desk. Complimentary wireless high-speed internet, 4 smart TV's with a TV in each room and the living room. Our condo is fully stocked with linens and towels. Bring only your beach towels. The person securing the reservation MUST provide a copy of a VALID PHOTO ID and, if asked, the NAMES and AGES of all guests staying in the condo. Please do not exceed the occupancy limit of 9 guests. Smoking is not allowed in our condo or on our balcony. We want all of our guests to have an enjoyable time but NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Free parking is offered 24/7 in the parking lot or in the covered parking under the buildings. All cars must have the Destin West parking permit posted on their dashboard. There is no trailer or boat parking allowed in any of the parking areas. NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY including Emotional Support and Service animals. Please take all trash to the trash chutes located on each floor when you checkout. Check in time is at or after 4:00 PM. Check out time is at or before 10:00 AM. Other things to note Our amazing resort complex is has buildings located on both the Bayside and the Gulf side of Okaloosa island. Our building is on the Bayside with fantastic bay views. There is a private bridge that connects the Bayside to the Gulfside where our private beach is located. Guests have the choice to rent chairs and umbrellas service right on the sand from La Dolce Vita rentals or you are welcome to bring your own chairs and umbrellas for free. The lounge chairs at the pool are free to use. You are welcome to borrow any of the beach toys that we have on our balcony. Please make sure you check the lifeguard flags before entering the ocean. Ocean conditions can vary greatly from day to day.
