On the same level there is a splendid built-in kitchen equipped with all accessories, as well as an anteroom where up to 8 people can eat, a small hallway which leads to the entrance to a large double bedroom and a very refined emerald green bathroom with of walk-in shower. The staircase inside the living room leads to the upper floor, consisting of a wooden study overlooking the pool and a sofa that converts into a double bed. The same floor leads to a large double bedroom which overlooks a second bedroom with exposed beams, consisting of three comfortable single beds and very suitable for families with small children. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and TV. In the large room overlooks a large bathroom with Jacuzzi and a walk-in dressing room. The house does not have a real gym, but a covered area under the terrace where guests can find many equipment and accessories for practicing fitness and pilates. The vast private park of 6,000 meters joins the more agricultural area of the property offering an additional 5,000 meters of land with many olive trees, a small wood and some fruit trees. The property has a private covered internal parking and various shaded areas created by palms, olive trees and conifers.
