Enjoy spacious and comfortable accommodation for stays with family or friends, while sharing good times before and after the festivities. Thanks to the proximity of numerous event venues, make the most of the celebration and quickly return to the calm and comfort of your Suite, without having to travel long distances late at night. Nearby venues include: Domaine de l'Alba, Clos de Montgay, Ferme de Champreux, Château de Seyre, Château de Roquefoulet, Salles-sur-l'Hers and Fajac-la-Relenque. With its two bedrooms, shower room and spacious private mezzanine, our Suite is particularly well suited to accommodating up to 4 people for these events. 🏡 Two bedrooms for 4 people Located upstairs, the Pastel and Cocagne bedrooms each have: - a double bed in a cozy atmosphere. - A TV and Wi-Fi. - Storage and a desk. - A blackout blind for your comfort. - Individual heating and a fan. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is exclusively reserved for the occupants of the suite. It also has a fan heater. 📚 A magnificent mezzanine for spending time together This is one of the great advantages of our Suite! Under the impressive old beams, discover a spacious mezzanine with stone walls, entirely dedicated to relaxation and togetherness. There you will find: - A pleasant seating area to unwind. - A large library and board games. - A beautiful table for sharing your meals. - a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster - Crockery and cutlery for your meals. The suite does not have a traditional kitchen or hotplates. The equipment provided allows you to prepare simple meals and reheat your dishes. This characterful room is not heated. Its temperature naturally varies with the seasons, while the two bedrooms have their own heating. 🎱 A games room to extend your relaxation On the ground floor, a large common games room can also be made available to you when the temperatures allow, usually from May onwards. There you will find a pool table, darts, chess and checkers sets, as well as sofas for enjoying quality time together. As this room is not heated, access to it depends on the weather and cannot be guaranteed. Guest access 🏡 You have private use of the 96 m² (1,033 sq. ft.) suite, which includes: - The two bedrooms, Pastel and Cocagne, located upstairs. - A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. - the large private mezzanine with living room, library and dining area. - Amenities for preparing simple meals and reheating your dishes. 📚 The mezzanine is exclusively reserved for the occupants of the suite. This charming space is not heated, unlike the two bedrooms. 🌳 The garden with trees, the barbecue and the outside amenities are shared spaces, accessible depending on the season and weather conditions. 🎱 The games room with pool table, located on the ground floor, is also a shared space. Since this room is not heated, access to it depends on the temperatures and cannot be guaranteed during the stay. 🚗 Free covered parking is available. Other things to note The property must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition as when you arrived. An inventory is provided in each room. Please read it and let us know of any issues you may have within 2 hours of your arrival. After that, it will be considered accepted. It is therefore up to guests to check the listing, its furniture, its amenities and its contents upon arrival. An exit inventory will be carried out. Any damage, breakage, loss of items, need for exceptional cleaning, restoration, replacement of equipment or failure to comply with these house rules may give rise to a request for reimbursement in accordance with the procedures provided by Airbnb, in particular under AirCover. The fees requested may in particular correspond to: * the cost of repairs * the replacement of damaged or missing property * the cost of cleaning or restoration made necessary by the condition of the accommodation after the stay * any other damage directly attributable to non-compliance with these rules Knowingly failing to report damage or attempting to conceal it may be taken into account when reviewing a request for a refund submitted to Airbnb.
