Whether you want to enjoy outdoor activities or just relax by the fire, this place is a great fit. Located on the shores of a small lake in the middle of nature, this Boréal chalet offers exceptional tranquility, while being only ten minutes from the city center of La Baie, where you will find all the essential amenities. The space The cottage has two bedrooms: a closed bedroom on the ground floor and an open bedroom on the mezzanine. Thanks to the large windows, the space is very bright; if you choose the mezzanine, we recommend bringing an eye mask. You will find a full bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your meals on site. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed and a smart TV. A DVD player and several movies are also available. Please note that there is no cable or TV service subscription, but you will be able to access apps like Netflix or Prime Video with your own credentials. The chalet can accommodate up to six people, but it is more comfortable for four. Pets are welcome; however, the sofa and beds are reserved for humans. We provide a cushion for your pet's comfort as well as bowls and towels. As the cottage is located in an isolated area, the cellular network may be weak. A signal amplifier has been installed to facilitate calls and text messages. You can also use the wifi that works very well thanks to a Starlink antenna. The water comes from an artesian well and is fully potable. A filtration and purification system has been installed to eliminate the odors and color associated with sulfur water. In summer, you can enjoy the lake thanks to the pedal boat at your disposal or use your own boat (without engine). Swimming is allowed, but fishing is not allowed. Guest access You will have access to the entire chalet, terrace, 55,000 sq. ft. lot and lake. Please note that motor boats are not allowed. Hiking trails in the forest start directly from the chalet, allowing you to fully enjoy the surrounding nature.
