You can have lunch on the balcony (equipped with a table + chairs) with a pleasant view of the MAMAC Art Museum and its gardens, Tête Carrée and Acropolis. Everything is new in the apartment, the huge and bright living room is air-conditioned and equipped with a huge 70-inch flat screen and a comfortable sofa bed convertible into a double bed. A modern round dining table is also available. The modern kitchen with a multitude of cupboards and storage is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, small toaster, etc.) with a large central island ideal for cooking or having a drink facing the living room.
