Welcome to Seabrook Island! This fully renovated townhouse is located on the golf course and Only 1 mile from uncrowded White Sand beach. And just about 1.5 mile is the new beach club pool, beach side lounge, outdoor door restaurant and bar, also golf and the club house. plenty of parking there or just bike or walk there. Also, only 10 minutes to Freshfields Village. I have stocked just about anything you need for your stay, as well as coffee, beach towels, chairs, coolers. The space This is a 825sq 2 story townhouse. Upstairs has full bathroom, closet and king size bed. Downstair is the kitchen, living room, patio and half bath. Also a twin daybed with trundle that can convert to king size bed. I also provided a pack and play and high chair for the little ones! Very quiet and secluded with Plenty of parking right out front of townhouse. Guest access Miles of White sand beach with 9 beach accesses and bike trail are just right around the corner. For free:) IMPORTANT!! You DO NOT need an amenity card to stay and enjoy the beaches and surrounding areas. As homeowners, we are not affiliated or getting incentives from the Amenity office. But we are obligated to inform the guests about it. Amenity card is required to access indoor and outdoor pools, golf, gym, tennis and restaurants. $55 a day per family or group. Please order the amenity card at least 48 HOURS AHEAD. You might not able to order or $75 fee will be charged via Airbnb resolution center if request less than 48hours. Other things to note Please absolutely no more than 4 people or any Pets on the property. And absolutely no loud music and noise. Maximum 2 cars per reservation.
