The 50 sq meters house has a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed downstairs. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Upstairs, there is a spacious mezzanine with sleeping arrangement for two people. The total capacity of the house is 2-5 beds. The cottage is located in Żuromin near Stężyca, about 50 km from Gdańsk, 15 km to Szymbark, the heart of Kashubian Switzerland. The Raduń Lake is a few minutes' walk away, and there you will find the Kozia Góra recreation complex with a sandy beach, a jetty, a playground for children, a volleyball court, and water equipment rental (kayaks, water bikes, boats with oars or electric motor). The plot has a total area of 4000 sq meters, which consists of 2 parts, 1000 sq meters of developed plot surrounding the house and 3000 sq meters of natural plot covered with pine trees, in which hammocks and stork nests for children will be hung. In this part, there is a designated place where you can make a fire. There is a place to park 2 cars on the plot. The garden sauna, equipped with a safe electric stove, is also an important place. The location of the house also allows for comfortable sightseeing of the Kashubian Land: 1. Kamienne Kręgi - Węsiory, about 12 km away. The cemetery was established in the 70s and 80s AD, when the Goths and Gepids arrived in Pomerania from the area of today's Sweden. 2. Szymbark (15 km) located in the heart of Kashubia, there is a recreational complex with the famous upside-down house, the longest board in the world. 3. The cost of using the sauna is PLN 150 once for a 2-day weekend stay, and PLN 200 for a 5-7-day weekly stay. The hot tub is also for exclusive use and the additional cost is PLN 250 for a weekly stay, or PLN 200 per night. Other things to note The sauna is private , only available to guests . The cost of using the sauna for the entire stay is PLN 200 for a weekend stay of 2-3 days and PLN 400 for a weekly stay of 5-7 days. Towels , bathrobes, sauna hats, and essential oils are provided. The hot tub is also exclusively for our guests, the cost of using the hot tub for the entire stay is PLN 400 for a weekend stay of 2-3 days. For stays longer than 5 days, the price is agreed individually. There is a discount when you buy both attractions.
