A pristine 1 x double bedroom ,access and use of living room , dining room , kitchen ,bathrooms , laundry room and garden . You will find the hse meticulously kept . New beds , New quality and very comfortable mattresses, new crisp bed sheets , quilt covers and plump pillows . A luxury bathroom with stone bath , basin or open plan walk in shower . A luxury house throughout , relax and sleep well . The advised cost is for 1 guest with a £20 add onfee for 2nd guest sharing the same room-bed The space If you like the finer things in life . If you appreciate quality surroundings and wish for everything to be on point , extremely clean and enjoy a boutique feel , this is the place for you . Relax and watch some tv . You are free to use the kitchen to prepare and cook your meals of which is fully equipped . Or maybe you wish to enjoy the walk in shower space with Hansgrohe Rain shower/blade or prefer to relax in the freestanding stone bath with the calming and ambient lighting set low. SLEEP WELL & ENJOY. Guest access The entire house is available to be used -(not other bedrooms other than the one booked and allocated to you ) During your stay I can be here to assist in your stay however am a busy person and may only be around for a partial period of your stay . I disappear to my office space within the loft conversion to work most evenings.. Other things to note Your room shall have a queen/king size double bed and wardrobe for your use . Ther are no single beds or twin singles in any bedroom.(only doubles) With the summer months upon us the garden space can be enjoyed with sunshine falling on the garden after aproximatley 10.30am . Garden seating in place and available to enjoy the outside space .
