Our 2021 brand-new twin, family, one level, stone villas of 52sq.m. each, can host 6 guests each. The villas are just 1,5km from Agios Nikolaos village, in Sithonia peninsula of Halkidiki. The two identical villas, Dimitra and Eleni, are made out of stone and wood. Each villa has a spacious living room (with a double sofa that opens and becomes double bed), plasma tv, 3X A/C (in all the areas) and a fully stocked kitchen, having direct access to the green garden. The villas are in a green natural area, just 1,5km from Agios Nikolaos village, in Sithonia peninsula of Halkidiki and just 1,5km from famous, long sandy beach of Trani Amouda. The two identical villas, Dimitra and Eleni, are made out of stone and wood, keeping in line with the traditional architecture of Agios Nikolaos. Each villa has a spacious living room (with a double sofa that opens and becomes double bed), plasma tv and a fully stocked kitchen, having direct access to the green garden. Then comes the master bedroom with double bed (1,60X2.00cm) and wardrobe and the second bedroom with two single beds (1,10X2,00cm each), that can easily form a double bed -if needed- and wardrobe. There is wi-fi in all the house, mosquito nets everywhere and 3X A/C (air conditions) in all the rooms. We are very kids-friendly, providing baby cot, baby chair and toys. In the stylish bathroom there is a comfortable shower. In the spacious fenced, secure, green garden, ideal for adults relaxing and kids playing safely, there are olive trees and a build barbeque (separate for each villa) as well as a covered veranda.
