The villa is fully equipped with brand new furniture to make your stay unforgettable. Ideal for families with children. There is a playground and basketball court 200 meters from the house which is located in a quiet neighborhood 600 meters from the beach of Agios Nikolaos. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique place. The space The villa is built on four levels, each 100 sqm, a total of 400 sqm. The ground floor consists of a large living room, a dining room for 10 people, a WC and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and their own balconies, one master with its own bathroom, an additional bathroom on the floor that serves the other 2 bedrooms. The attic is an open space, has its own bathroom and a double and 2 single beds + 1 desk for a workstation. The basement (open space) finally has 2 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 people. All rooms have air conditioning, wifi, ethernet, smart TV. In the attic there is a large projector, where you can watch movies or play video games. The outdoor area contains a large swimming pool of 72 sqm with a depth ranging from 40 cm to 3 meters. The pool operates with an automatic chlorination system via sensors to ensure consistent water quality. Outside there are 10 sunbeds, a fully equipped barbecue, an oven in the same area, a dining table for 10 people and a bar with stools for your evening drink or cocktail. In the barbecue area there are 4 speakers from which you can listen to your favorite music via bluetooth. Other things to note The entrance to the surrounding area of the house and the house is done by entering a six-digit code so that the whole group has access at all times without the need to use a key. I live in a building next to the Villa, which in no way affects privacy, because all outdoor spaces are exclusively for the use of guests and there is neither physical nor visual contact with the pool, garden and BBQ area.
