Little Casita - Full Kitchen & A/C

In heart of Ajijic we are renting a charming one-bedroom townhouse that we call 'Miguel casita'. It is best suitable for long term stays with its private entrance, full kitchen, air-conditioning, wifi and a router providing cable connection for those working or studying remotely. Only two blocks from the main square at the San Andres church, and two blocks from the lake Chapala boardwalk it is minutes walk to numerous sights, gallerias, restaurants, and various kinds of shopping. The space The townhouse is part of a small complex - the Casa Cale guesthouse, and guests of this townhouse have access to shared spaces next door for connecting and socializing with other travelers: a large lobby with a book shelf and wifi access, and an outdoor patio with a fountain and shaded area for hanging out. Other things to note Our housekeeper is onsite late mornings and early afternoons every day except Sundays. If guests need anything when she isn't around, they are encouraged to contact us via text/phone/Whatsapp. We accommodate early arrivals and late departures as much as possible and our manager will be there to welcome new arrivals. If guests are arriving very early or very late, don't know their arrival time, or if our housekeeper is unavailable a self-check-in will be set up for everyone's convenience. Upon request guests have an option to have their laundry done by our housekeeper at 120 pesos/load. (Guests may not use the laundry area themselves.) Weekly cleaning is provided (not additional cost). We appreciate if our guests regularly (at least every 2 days or so) empty their garbage into the large bins located in the patio. We don't have compost, but we do recycle! Our housekeeper can empty your garbage for you, upon request!
