Peaceful and quiet location at Sitio Rancho Pakere. Rustic and comfortable cottage in the middle of the Atlantic forest a few meters from the Mury-Lumiar Road (access by foot). Spring water. Exuberant fauna/flora. Great for resting or simply living with the surrounding nature. Chalet composed of mezzanine (access by inclined Swiss ladder) with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, living room (with double futon), dining room and full kitchen. Barbecue and stunning view. The space Rustic and comfortable cottage. Immediate contact with the Atlantic Forest and the presence of wild animals. Mountain climate, mild all year round. Spring water. A place for those seeking peace and quiet in the midst of nature at an altitude of about 1,100 meters. Outdoor gourmet space with table and chairs, barbecue, sink and stunning views all around. Guest access Access to the cottage made by the parking lot (outdoor area) via stone stairs (stone stairs with steps taking advantage of the terrain itself) Access to the mezzanine inside the chalet by inclined Swiss ladder. Other things to note We do not provide bath towels (item listed under “basic amenities ”). We only provide a sheet, soap, toilet paper, and pillow (items listed under AMENITIES > POPULAR > BASIC). We don't operate as a guesthouse. We don't have 24-hour reception. Thus, the period for picking up keys and check-in must be followed (between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on the day of arrival). Any demands or requests must be made by 5 p. on the day of check-in. After this, only emergency demands will be met. Check-out by 12 noon. If the chalet is not vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure, the belongings will be removed and stored at the site's headquarters. If your chalet has a fireplace, we do not provide firewood. We also do not provide charcoal for the barbecue grill or firewood for the sauna. In the event of lightning and/or heavy rains, the pool and sauna (lit by the guest) will be closed and will only reopen at the stipulated time for operation when weather conditions permit. Parking (1 space) in an outdoor area about 50 meters from the chalet. *Pool and dry sauna for shared use in the leisure area of the site. The sauna's wood burner is accessed by the user within the established time. *Voltage in the region is 220 volts. 3-pin 10-amp outlets. We offer 1 adapter for 3-pin 10-amp outlet. The use of any electrical/electronic equipment, except those already available in the chalet, is strictly prohibited. When in doubt, consult the owner. *The TV is a tube set, with no internet connection. *We do not accept children under 12. *Pool closed on Mondays for cleaning.
