This home home boast all new furniture in the the 3 bed 2 full bath home with private access to the water and it own dock! The large upper deck offers a gorgeous shade tree and amazing views of the river! This home has cable TV and the best internet that the area offers. Our location has close access to launch ramps, sports parks as well as restaurants and casinos! Football table for extra entertainment! The space Our home is family and well trained pet friendly. Fully fenced with mostly wrought Iron and chainlink. The deck is the best place to start your morning with a cup of coffee from the fully stocked coffee bar or soak up the beautiful sunset in the evening! This home not only has it's own access to the water and private dock but across the river there is gorgeous sandy beaches for larger groups and close to a cove that offers no current! This is a home to have a good time but it is definitely NOT a party pad! We take pride in keeping this home nice and we expect our guests do the same. Guest access Door codes are sent the night before your stay. Other things to note There are wild life such as raccoons, birds and river gnats etc that are all part of the river life and we have no control over when they appear. You are responsible for keeping an eye on small children and dogs at ALL times. The river gnats do not bite but can be pesky. Fans are the best deterrent as well as turning the bug zapper on. No candles and they don’t work well anyways. **Important Note** Safety is our utmost concern for guests staying in our home. The river currents as well as water temperature can be dangerous for children, adults and/or property.
