Downtown Studio, your Ketchum/Sun Valley home

The Studio is located on the first floor of a three story townhouse. Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio, located 2 1/2 blocks from the Ketchum Town Square, short walk to restaurants, shops and parks in Ketchum. Just 1 mile from the world renowned Sun Valley Resort. Half a mile to River Run Gondola, short bus ride to Warm Springs side of Baldy. Easy access to bike path, free bus service, golf courses and hiking. We do not recommend the studio for more than 2 or 3 people. The space The studio is on the first floor separate from our living space on the second and third floors. We share the foyer entrance. The studio has a queen size bed in a alcove off the living space. There is a queen size sofa pull out, wall mounted flat screen TV with Cox TV and several other premium networks, please, feel free to put the volume up to 16,. There is also a breakfast nook that has a small bar type refrigerator, k/cup coffee maker, microwave, toaster, condiments and plates and silverware for four. It also has an office desk and chair with a charging station. The bathroom, a two room set up with mirror and sink in one room and the toilet and shower bathtub combo in the second room. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included. If you stay in our studio, you will be totally stress free! No driving, no noise, no parking problems. María has set it up very tastefully and you will find it clean and cozy. Guest access Our townhouse is three stories high. On the 1st level is the studio and shared foyer, the 2nd and 3rd is the part of the home that we keep for our use. Come in through our main door, directly in front of you is the white door to your studio, keyless lock with code, which will be given to you one or two days before your arrival. Other things to note You will love that you will not have to drive anywhere, in fact, one of our first guests returned their rental car! If you want privacy you will have it, we appreciate ours as well. But having said that, we are very friendly and love to meet new people, and have enjoyed meeting really nice people through Airbnb.
