This neighborhood is known as Het Gouden Eiland, a villa neighborhood with houses built in the period 1910-1930. Het Gouden Eiland is in a quiet leafy neighborhood with tall oak trees and wide streets. The apartment has a private entrance, patio with seating, kitchen, shower with toilet, king-size bed (2x 90/210) and is luxuriously finished. The Golden Island is situated in a quiet leafy neighborhood with tall oak trees and wide streets. The Guesthouse has a private entrance. You have your own patio at your disposal, with a seating area where you can enjoy the sun in peace while having a snack and a drink. The apartment has air conditioning. You have a private bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower. You also have your own kitchen. The interior has a modern industrial look. The pellet stove fits exactly with this and gives a cozy atmosphere. (Never pull the plug out of the pellet stove because of damage to the electronics and not being able to exhaust smoke/carbon monoxide) The Guesthouse is equipped with every comfort so you can stay here for several days without any problems. In addition, you have a private terrace with a seating area. You can park your car in the driveway. Other things to note You can also use our dinner, lunch and drinks service. Ask about the possibilities. The pellet stove must NEVER be unplugged! The pellet stove cannot cool down with broken electronics and the inability to extract smoke/carbon monoxide. If you want to turn off the pellet stove and you don't remember how, you can app or call me. Drug use is not allowed. Fish or other strong-smelling products may not be prepared in the apartment. Perhaps we can prepare it for you in our own kitchen. In case of physical limitations that affect the stay, please contact us before you book to discuss the (im)possibilities. On some days, breakfast is brought the night before.
