We live in the apartment and rent one of the bedrooms. Staying in our space is very peaceful: upon arrival, we will welcome you and hand over the keys that give access to the 24-hour concierge. The room features a queen size bed, a view of the green area, and exclusive use of the bathroom. You'll have access to the areas we'll share during your stay. We provide a snack kit with each reservation free of charge, aiming to make our guests' stay more comfortable. The space The surroundings have free parking on the block below the building with easy access for Uber. Around the building, there is a green area, restaurants, cafes, a market and a dry cleaner. We are close to tourist attractions such as Igrejinha, Quadra Modelo and Dom Bosco. Located 7 minutes from the Esplanade and the American Consulate. The building has an elevator and we are on the fourth floor. The room is spacious with a queen-size bed, side table with lamp, desk and office chair, and closet. There is also a minibar, but if you prefer, you can use the shared kitchen refrigerator. Natural ventilation and lighting, which makes the space cool, and for the night, there is a blackout curtain. The view is to the interior of the block where there is a green area. There is no TV in the bedroom, but you can use the one in the living room that has Netflix. The pillows are frequently changed, we use covers on the pillows and mattresses and vacuum the bed also to get rid of mites. The bathroom is in the hallway across from the bedroom and only you will use this bathroom, it is not shared. The shower has temperature regulation and we leave shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels. We do not charge extra for towels, so feel free to request a change. Kitchen equipped with water filter, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. Service area with washing machine and drying area, but we do not have a dryer. In the living room, we have a TV with Netflix, a coffee maker and a table with 6 seats. Feel free to use the space! We've made a guide to nearby restaurants and cafes if you're interested. Guest access During your stay, you'll have access to the entire house, including the coffee maker and TV in the living room. The bedroom and bathroom are for private use. In the kitchen, the water filter will be available for your use. We would like to inform you that we use the kitchen daily when we are at home, so it may be busy at certain times. Feel free to enjoy the common spaces. During your stay We highly value the privacy of our guests and strive to create an environment where you can feel at ease sharing the house. Due to our routine, we will not be available for constant interactions, but this allows us to ensure that you have freedom and tranquility during your stay. If you need anything, we'll always be a click away to help you with whatever you need. Our communication will take place primarily through this channel. Other things to note We take off our shoes when entering to keep it clean. If walking barefoot is uncomfortable for you, please bring a slipper for use inside the house different from the one for outdoor use. Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations for third parties.
