La Casita - a quiet, Crocker Amazon area studio!

Welcome to the Crocker Amazon neighborhood! No cleaning fee! Relax in this stylish, quiet space. This is a studio (240 sq ft, 22 sq meters), with a private entrance, and free off street parking. Settle in with the comfy queen bed, European style wet bathroom, high end kitchenette with an electric kettle, drip coffee kit, full fridge, combo toaster oven/air fryer, induction cooktop and dishwasher. I hope you enjoy the personal touches that will ensure a comfortable stay. The space La Casita is a studio on my property. My neighborhood is close to several bus lines (#8 and #43, <2 block walk for stops), and BART is about a 1.2 mile walk to the west, for quick access to downtown or SFO. There is beautiful McLaren Park a block north, which offers amazing views of the San Francisco Bay, and maybe wildlife, if you keep your eyes open (coyotes!). Guest access You will have access to the side yard area. There are chairs outside, a table and a small propane fire pit available, when the weather permits outdoor relaxing. Parking available on the premises for an average size car. Other things to note The Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown and North Beach are a one hour bus ride.
