The space Newly renovated studios with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen with washing machine. Double bed, sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, living room, air conditioning and heating. In the inner courtyard we have a small table and 2 chairs to sit and read or have a coffee and relax. - Due to this property's central location, there may be some disturbance from external noise (passers-by on the street, neighbours, parties). No compensation will be provided for this. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) are required to complete the legal registration form (Order INT/321/2021), in accordance with Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you will be asked to indicate the type of family relationship. Failure to comply with the previous order will be a formal reason to deny access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation. ⚠️Our properties are not pet-friendly. Guest access The building has a common patio, so we ask all our guests to use it without making noise. There is a small table and 2 chairs where you can sit for a drink or read. We have 4 studio apartments in the same building, 2 on the lower floor and 2 on the upper floor. It's perfect for several families who want to stay nearby. Other things to note It is forbidden to make noise after 10:00 pm and to smoke anywhere on the premises or inside the apartment.
