Hill House Chattanooga is perched on a hill with full privacy & relaxing views from the wraparound porch. The brick fireplace is the focal point of the home, with all rooms surrounding. She comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay, stylized with the fur-babies in mind. Full W/D & Wi-Fi! Welcome to ‘Nooga! The space This quaint house on a hill provides the following in each room: Entryway: Coat rack, bench and dining space with four dining chairs, great for working from home, overlooking the living room and television. Half Bath: Located just off the entry space, an intimate setting featuring a gallery wall with gold finishes - the pocket door separates this “hidden” space from the rest. Living Room: Sectional couch and reading nook - fleece blankets and a couch protector are stored in the basket under the window - games and puzzles are stored under the coffee table. Front Bedroom: off of the living room is equipped with a Queen Canopy Bed, mounted television, 6-drawer dresser, raw-edge wood nightstands, mounted sconces, humidifier and closet. Each bedroom has a remote-operated Hunter fan and light. Be sure the bedroom light switch is turned on for the remote to work. This front bedroom closet stores a vacuum, broom, mop and bucket available for use by tenants and cleaners. Back Bedroom: located adjacent to the full bathroom, is equipped with a Queen Bed, mounted television, 6-drawer dresser, round storage nightstands, hunter fan and closet. This closet stores a Queen size inflatable mattress. Full Bathroom: located in the back left of the home offers a shower/tub combo, vanity, hairdryer, plenty of towels and mounted towel storage. Kitchen features open shelving with a toaster, coffee-maker, kettle and an island with sink, dishwasher and bar seating for four. Plenty of pots, pans and utensils can be found in the drawers and cabinets. The full W/D is also located in the kitchen. Wraparound Porch and fenced yard: Two rocking chairs and a bench to take in the peaceful views. Guest access Electronic, self-entry keypad on the front door.
