Our Urban Rustic Getaway is nestled in Corvallis Oregon. It’s a wonderful home built at the turn of the century, with all new renovations and finishes! Lots of light and open space to enjoy treasured time together. Sit in our cool vibe front room, or gather around the expansive chef's kitchen island! Beautiful location with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Fully stocked kitchen to make cooking a breeze! 3 min to OSU! Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. The space This is our newest location. Fully and freshly remodeled with new appliances, AIR CONDITIONING, furniture, everything really! Located in the heart of Corvallis, you'll feel very much at home. Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace, or fun nights out, walking back home. This property is decorated in a vintage modern vibe with the luxury flair. You'll feel like you are on the set of HGTV! The chef kitchen is fully stocked and large refrigerator to for long summer stays, or while hosting a reunion or party. These of course will need prior approval with guest count and nature of party. We respect our neighbors and want to keep good relationship with them. One of the few places that will host your pets, for a small pet fee. Guest access You'll have access to the entire property! No shared spaces. Other things to note Parking only available on the street or in the driveway (room for 1 vehicle and we recommend backing in for convenience and safety). Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. Add an early check-in ($25), grab a late check-out ($25), bring a second pet ($40 IF APPLICABLE), grab a pack-n-play ($10), and/or have exclusive use of the backyard ($10/day IF APPLICABLE). Interested in hosting a gathering/event? Ask us! Pricing is dependent on total guest count. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
