Large property by the beach in popular Grimstad!

The space We rent out our beautiful property in Grimstad to summer guests! The house is rural and centrally located, with a two-minute walk to a large freshwater beach, the nearest neighbor to an elementary school with an exciting schoolyard to explore and outdoor exercise equipment, and a full 800 square meters of garden to enjoy. Here you will find playground equipment, playroom, sandbox, large lawn and sunny verandas. The accommodation is located less than 4 km from Grimstad city center, a charming southern town that is worth a visit. Here you will find cozy cafes, a pleasant pedestrian street, a tourist office that offers boat rental and it is possible to travel with the "Badebåden" that runs out to various swimming areas in the archipelago. Grimstad has great hiking opportunities both by freshwater and the sea. Other nice southern towns are only a short drive away, and the popular Kristiansand Zoo is 25 minutes away by car. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are barbecue facilities on the porch. The bedrooms are furnished with a toddler bed (crib), bed 180 cm + baby bed, bed 180 cm + baby bed and bed 120 cm, in addition to three available mattresses. The house has two bathrooms with shower and bathtub in each. The tenant cleans before departure, possibly paying NOK 1,500 for the purchase of cleaning (in which case the tenant must specify the wish to purchase cleaning when the home is ordered).
