The space Our modern and comfortably designed home, where you'll be left completely in love. Embracing a boho chic style with a touch of retro vibe, our house boasts many modern features to enhance your stay. Enjoy the sunny Florida weather by taking a dip in our pool or head to the nearby beach and inlet, just a few minutes away! We are also steps away from the best restaurants Jupiter has to offer! Our two story home offers a first floor master bedroom, large living room with a wet bar, a half bath, kitchen and dining room, and a large laundry room. Second floor includes bedrooms 2, 3, and 4. Centered between the bedrooms is another full bath with walk-in shower and double sink! LIVING ROOM - Our cozy living room is perfect for quality time with family and friends. Sink into the comfortable sofas with plump pillows or relax in the stylish hanging chair. A 65" smart TV with access to all streaming services ensures you won't miss any of your favorite shows or movies. KITCHEN & DINING - The kitchen is equipped with modern cooking appliances and spacious countertops, allowing you to cook while not missing a view of the backyard. We provide all the kitchen utensils, pots, and pans you'll need to prepare a great meal. BEDROOM 1 - The master bedroom includes a king size bed, 55" smart TV with all streaming services, a large dresser, and a huge walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom has double sink, a large stand alone tub and a big walk shower. BEDROOM 2 - Queen size bed, 40" smart tv, large closet BEDROOM 3 - Our third bedroom has a full size bunk bed, a pull out single bed, two cribs and a walk in closet! Specially furnished with the little ones in mind! BEDROOM 4 - The fourth bed / office features a queen size Murphy bed with a storage cabinet! Guest access Check in information will be sent closer to your date of arrival, as well as some information about fun activities to do around Jupiter. Other things to note A few notes about our home: - No parking in the grass - we have enough space in the driveway for up to 3 cars. - If you are bringing your pet - there is a dog run on the side of the house. Pet waste must be picked up, and pets must be kept off of the furniture. - Pool heating will be available when temperatures are under 80 degrees. In rare instances where the temperature may be in the 40-60’s range, the weather conditions may not be ideal for optimal pool heating. Pool temperature may not be above 90 degrees. - Our home has a door bell camera for security purposes. - Maintenance - Our landscaper comes on Mondays around noon (every other Monday during winter and every Monday during summer). Our pool maintenance comes every Thursday afternoon. You may not be able to use the pool for one hour after cleaning. - Quiet time is from 9pm to 8am(city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. - Parties are not allowed. Absolutely no drugs, and drunkenness - Only guests who are listed on the reservation are permitted in the home. Adult guests must be added to the reservation. - We have a zero tolerance smoking policy.
