Hilltop Views Farmhouse is a renovated 5-bedroom country retreat on 80 acres, just 15 minutes from Benalla and 7 minutes from Winton Motor Raceway. Sleeping up to 9 guests with a separate guest suite, it’s ideal for families, wedding groups and race weekends who want peaceful hilltop views, space to spread out and all the comforts of home. The space Hilltop Views Farmhouse sits on a private hilltop with wide country views in every direction. The home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with generous living areas designed for groups to relax together. Inside you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, cosy lounge with smart TV, and comfortable beds with quality linen. A separate guest suite with its own entrance and bathroom is perfect for grandparents, bridal parties or anyone wanting extra privacy. Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while the sun comes up over the hills, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine under the big country sky. The farmhouse is best suited to families, couples and small, respectful groups seeking a quiet country escape near Benalla and Winton Raceway. It is not suitable for parties or large events. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the farmhouse, separate guest suite, deck and immediate house yard during their stay. This is a working hobby farm, so some paddocks, sheds and gated areas are not included in guest access for safety and animal welfare. These areas will be clearly signed or gated. Other things to note Working farm & safety – The property is part of a working hobby farm. Some paddocks and sheds are off-limits for guest safety and animal welfare. Please do not enter signed or gated areas or approach livestock without prior permission. Children – The house sits on a hill with natural terrain, rocks and uneven ground. Children must be actively supervised outdoors at all times. Water & septic – The farmhouse runs on rainwater tanks and a septic system. Please be mindful of water use (shorter showers are appreciated) and avoid flushing wipes, nappies or sanitary items. Quiet, no-party home – Out of respect for neighbours and the farm, strictly no parties, events, fireworks or extra visitors beyond the guests on your booking. Quiet hours after 10pm. Pets – Pets may be considered by "prior approval only" due to nearby livestock and farm animals. If you’d like to bring a pet, please include the breed, size and usual behaviour in your initial message so we can confirm if it’s suitable. Vehicles & trailers – Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing race cars, trailers or extra vehicles so we can advise on parking and access. Hot water for larger groups – The house runs on a standard hot water system, so with a full house of 9 guests the hot water can run low if everyone showers back-to-back. If this happens, it will usually reheat within a short time. Staggering showers (especially in the evenings) helps make sure everyone has hot water. Guest verification – For safety and insurance, guests without prior positive Airbnb reviews may be asked to provide photo ID (such as an Australian driver’s licence or passport) before we confirm the reservation. Rural living – As with any country property, you may occasionally see insects or wildlife around the home. We do regular cleaning and pest control, but they can still appear from time to time.
