Guest access Guests will have full access to the farmhouse and the farm fenced yard area. The surrounding acreage is working farmland with animals and occasional farm activity, but it remains private and peaceful—yours to enjoy from the comfort of the house and deck. Other things to note To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests and to protect the wellbeing of our animals and property we kindly ask you to review the following guidelines before confirming your booking at Hilltop Views Farmhouse: Pet-Friendly (With Approval): We welcome pets upon request; however, due to the presence of farm animals, approval must be granted prior to your stay. This helps ensure the safety of your pet and our livestock. Farm Area Access: As a working hobby farm, some areas of the property land and paddocks are restricted. Please do not enter locked gates or paddocks unless given express permission, to avoid disrupting the animals or daily operations. Child Supervision: Our home sits on a hilltop with natural terrain. For safety, we ask that children under 12 be supervised by an adult at all times, particularly outdoors. Water Conservation: We rely solely on rainwater tanks. Your mindfulness around water usage during your stay is deeply appreciated. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the farmhouse. Towing & Vehicle Access: The property is located on a hill. If you’re towing a trailer, we recommend using a 4WD.
