Homely Málaga Refino G6 is located on the ground floor with direct entrance to the building and the apartment, which allows very easy access from a pedestrian street without noise. It has very high ceilings so it gives a feeling of spaciousness. It is a quiet, comfortable apartment for a vacation in our city. It has private parking for a fee and availability, free bicycle parking. The building has a shared rooftop pool. The space The apartment has a full kitchen with a washer-dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Bedroom with large built-in closet to store everything you need for long stays, living-dining room with sofa bed, high-speed Wi-Fi Internet for teleworking, TV with more than 100 channels. The apartment has free bed linen and a set of towels per person. If you need extra sets, you can request them for a supplement of €5. We have free bicycle parking. We have private parking available upon request and availability and at a cost of €20 per day. Guest access We have a total of 5 one-bedroom apartments in the same building, making it perfect for large groups who prefer to be close but independent! It is a quiet interior building, with parking for bicycles and a rooftop pool available all year round! We also have an elevator, although this apartment is on the ground floor, you do not have to go up or down stairs, it is at street level so it is very comfortable and the entrance from the street is very fast. The building has a community pool shared with the rest of the neighbors. The schedule can be modified by the community. It is open year-round and is NOT heated Other things to note Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. Check-in times are flexible, please note that the free time for key delivery is until 8pm. LATE CHECK-IN: From 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm there is an additional €20 surcharge. From 10:00 pm to midnight, the surcharge is €30. Starting at midnight, the late check-in fee is €40. We have a shuttle service from the airport, ask about our prices. We also have a baby kit consisting of a travel crib, mattress, sheets and towels for the baby, high chair, the price per stay is €25. Check-in is after 2 pm, but if there is a possibility we will be happy to help you receive you before 11:30 am to leave luggage and pick up keys during the cleaning of the apartment.
