All guests, regardless of age, must complete the legal registration form Order INT/321/2021, in accordance with Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you will be asked to indicate the type of family relationship. Failure to comply with this order will be formal grounds for denying access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation. Guest access We have a total of 5 apartments in the same building, so it's perfect for large groups who prefer to be close but independent. It is a quiet interior building, with parking for bicycles and a rooftop pool available year-round. The building has a communal pool shared with the other neighbors; the hours may vary depending on the season and may be modified by the community. It is open year-round and is not heated. During your stay Homely Málaga will assist guests from the moment they book. The team will be available during the day and, in case of emergency, guests can contact them by message and will receive a response as quickly as possible. They will be happy to welcome you, hand over the keys, provide tourist information about the city, and help you with anything you need during your stay. Upon booking, guests will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system. You will need to inform the team via the platform of your estimated time of arrival to arrange check-in in the most efficient and convenient way. The hostess team can greet you personally if you require it and request it prior to your arrival, during business hours from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm. Late check-in will be free with the digital key system. If guests need a host to be present in person after 8:30 pm, this service will be available for an extra fee, which must be paid directly to the host who receives them. Other things to note Check-in hours are flexible, and key delivery is free until 8 pm. LATE CHECK-IN: from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM there is a surcharge of €20; from 10:00 PM to midnight the surcharge is €30; and after midnight the surcharge for late check-in will be €40. We have transportation service from the airport, ask about our prices. IMPORTANT NOTICE: You must notify us in advance of your expected check-in time, and if for any reason there is a delay, you must inform the property as soon as possible to avoid long waits. The establishment may charge additional expenses to those reservations that arrive late without prior notice.
