And just inside the front door, the great room welcomes you with its large dining table, fully stocked open kitchen, and living room with a huge HDTV. When everyone isn't hanging out together in the great room, they will likely be just outside around the pool and spa. There's lots of space out back, with a dining patio and propane BBQ grill, shaded patio, and grass lawn, all surrounded by lush landscaping and mountain views. Also, out back you will find the detached private casita with a king bed and bathroom, perfect for the kids or those who want a little more privacy from the group. But even inside the main house, the other three bedrooms provide great privacy, as they're situated at opposite corners, each with its own bathroom, and two with direct access to the pool area. Primary - King Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Casita - King Bed Guest access Per City of Palm Springs requirements, we will leave the necessary guest forms at the property for completion upon arrival. All adult guests (18 years and older) are required to review and acknowledge the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure. We kindly ask that the completed forms be signed and returned to our office to remain in compliance with local vacation rental regulations. The primary guest is also required to provide information for all vehicles associated with the reservation. Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees. Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.
