Other things to note Please follow these room rules after check-in: • Treat the space like your own home. Any damage or loss will be charged. • As required by the Japanese government, please provide a photo of your passport at online checkin. • Keep noise down between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to avoid disturbing neighbors. • No visitors or pets allowed in the room. • Please sort your trash before placing it in the outdoor bins. Large items like suitcases may incur extra fees—contact us first. • No hair dyeing in the room, bathroom, or sink area. Any stains will be charged. • No smoking inside. Smoke detectors are installed; please smoke outside. • When leaving, put the key back in the lockbox and lock it. Lost keys cost 40,000 yen each. • Check-out by 10:00 AM; check-in starts at 3:00 PM.
