Home has nice yard for a game of corn hole, horse shoes are ride bikes along quiet streets. 3 bedrooms with a loft 3 TV's Wifi Dogs ok with fee The space This is a beach-themed 3 bedroom home with a loft has all of the beach vibes along with all of the comforts of home! Located in picturesque Ocean Pines, a short 7 mile drive from the Ocean City public beaches. This vacation home is equipped with full decks on the front and back of the house, a 10'x12' screened in area to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage. 21 Capetown has more than enough room to sleep 6, with a King bedroom, Queen bedroom, full bedroom, and a cozy loft that has 2 twin beds and a daybed. This summer rental, weekend housing or off season home has a keypad entry to allow 24 hour check-ins, parking for 4 vehicles, full sized washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, 3 smart televisions, outdoor games, a grill, fire pit, and 2 full bathrooms. Along with the vacation rental, we provide a parking pass to the Ocean Pines Beach Club located ocean front in Ocean City on 49th street, you can enjoy live entertainment, the beach, showers, lockers, food + drinks, and bathrooms! Short 10 min. drive via Rt 90. Pets welcome with a fee. Linens provided. Bring your kayak to launch at one of several water access points just a few blocks away. Bring your bikes to ride on the quiet streets or on maintained bike trails. Nice back yard to play horse shoes or corn hole after you time at the beach. Ocean Pines features 2 golf courses, 5 swimming pools, water access to the bay, shopping and restaurants for your use. Amenities do charge a fee for admission. You must be 25 years or older to rent our properties 2 There are checkout responsibilities like empty trash and straighten the bed covers. 3 No parties/events allowed 4 Toiletries like shampoo and soap are not included in this unit, please bring them with you. 6 No rentals to groups where everyone is under the age of 25 years. 7 If you cancel with less than 60 days’ notice we will provide a refund if we are able to re-rent your dates 8. There is a pet fee for dogs, $150 per dog that will be added after you book (up to 2 dogs allowed, no cats) 9. If available, we can set up early check-in/late check-out, that fee is $20/hr plus tax. There are many times, especially in the summer months, where this is not an option, but you are welcome to ask! Guest access This summer rental, weekend housing or off season home has a wifi enabled keypad entry to allow 24 hour contactless check-ins, parking for 4 vehicles. No need to come to our office to pick up keys. Other things to note We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old. Linens are provided: for the three first floor beds but are not installed on the beds. Bath towel sets for 8 are provided as well as kitchen cloths/towels. There are two twin beds in the loft. If you may use those beds, please bring sheets for them.
