Within a radius of max 35 km are cozy places such as Nordhorn, Lingen, Meppen, Emmen and Ootmarsum. The house has a spacious living room downstairs. The kitchen area has a stove with oven and induction hob, a dishwasher and coffee machine. Adjacent is the porch that is completely screened with mesh against insects. Upstairs is the bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other with two single beds. Next to the porch is a terrace with garden set. Guest access linens, towels and kitchen linens are provided. Other things to note Washing machine and dryer are provided. The house is rented including bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning. However, it is expected that guests handle things carefully and leave it tidy. A deposit of €150.00 will be required upon arrival.
