A pristine empty beach 3 metres away, kid friendly with air conditioning The space If visiting an island in the South Pacific includes sitting on the veranda with a beer or wine looking out onto a pristine empty beach and the lagoon just beyond, Tupes Beach House will tick that box. If you wanted to go snorkling in a marine reserve, you can do that as well, its 3 metres away. Maybe swim with the turtles? sure there are companies that do that... 50 metres away. Have kids? its safe swimming. In fact Tupe's beach house has more ticks than boxes to put them in. A modern two bedroom home with air con, ceiling fans in every room, fully screened against mozzies, a full kitchen, BBQ, on the beach, in a marine reserve... golden. Its also in a great area of Rarotonga, Vaimaanga/Papaaroa. Although Muri gets a lot of screentime, the South is where the locals go, the beach and lagoon are perfect for not doing much. There's a fantastic store called Wigmores with the freshest fruit and veges (they grow it themselves), and the biggest icecreams (not grown). There's a decent burger bar next door, a car hire and also a few restauraunts in the area. Tupes beach house is ideal for a family or two couples (the beds in the second bedroom zip to make a king).
