Skip the holiday traffic and head down to Wellington’s south coast, Juliet’s is an absolute stand alone beachfront bach at the southernmost tip of Wellington. 25 minutes from the CBD, its position at the foot of our farmland overlooking wild Cook Strait gives uninterrupted sea views across to the snowy South Island mountains. The space The bach sits at the end of the bay surrounded by walking tracks and seal colonies yet close enough to town to enjoy Brooklyn’s movie theatre or coffee at one of Wellington's iconic cafes. The Bach is completely off grid, cooking and hot water are gas heated, otherwise solar and generater power. This could possibly be the most unique and adventurous stay available of any capital city! If you love the outdoors, are keen on diving, fishing, beachcombing, stargazing and wild walking, you will love your stay at Juliet’s. Special conditions: 4wd or all wheel drive is required to get to the bach, however this varies depending on the weather and road conditions. You will also need to be prepared for whatever weather windy Wellington delivers. Whether glassy calm or wild and stormy, Cook Strait is astoundingly beautiful.
