The Oasis at Orange Beach 1813 (formerly Phoenix West II) is a luxurious three-bedroom, four-bath condo with north-facing views from the 18th floor, offering stunning panoramic views of Gulf State Park. This elegant retreat combines comfort, style, and resort amenities for an unforgettable stay. Unit Features: • Balcony access is from the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows • Tile flooring is throughout the unit • Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining area seats six and there are four barstools for additional seating • Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit • Living area has a sofa sleeper • Primary bedroom has a king-size bed • Second bedroom features two queen-size beds • Third bedroom features two full-size beds • Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out • Parking for a maximum of two cars; guests must purchase parking passes at the front desk or online prior to arrival ($60 each).
